Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products, including nail products and accessories.
If you receive:
- damaged item
- a wrong product
- or a missing item
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with clear pictures or videos of the issue.
Refunds or replacements will only be approved for valid cases after review.
Important Notes:
- Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items and discounted products are non-refundable.
