If you receive:

• A damaged item

• The wrong product

• A missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and provide clear photos or videos of the issue. Refunds or replacements will only be approved for valid claims after review.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Sale items and discounted products are non-refundable.
